Dr. David Luke Oates has expertise in electricity market modeling and policy analysis in the electric power sector. He has worked on a variety of issues, including wholesale electricity market benefits valuation, wholesale and retail demand response, spent nuclear fuel litigation, market power in the gas and electricity industries, transmission scheduling, and renewables integration.
