Martha Caulkins is an associate at The Brattle Group with experience working on litigation and regulatory matters related to electricity markets.  She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park, where her academic research focused on the empirical application of demand models in the context of environmental amenity valuation.  Prior to graduate school, Dr. Caulkins worked as a research analyst with The Brattle Group.
