Adoria Lim to Present and Torben Voetmann to Moderate at ABA’s Western Regional CLE Program on Class Actions and Mass Torts

Brattle Principal Adoria Lim will present at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 3rd Annual Western Regional CLE Program on Class Actions and Mass Torts, which will take place at the Bar Association of San Francisco on May 27, 2016, at 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm PST.

In the panel session titled “Class Action Settlements: Trends, Lessons Learned, and Creative New Approaches,” Ms. Lim, along with Stanford Law School Professor Michael Klausner, will address the latest trends in class action settlements. These trends include, but are not limited to, barriers to approval, recent case law, factors affecting settlement values, and creative new settlement approaches. Brattle Principal Torben Voetmann will be moderating the panel.
