Alexis Maniatis to Present at The Energy Charter Treaty's Conference on Key Issues in International Arbitration

Brattle President and Principal Alexis Maniatis will present at The Energy Charter Treaty’s (ECT) conference, “Key Issues in International Arbitration: Advocacy, Damage Calculation, Settlement and Cybersecurity,” on May 11, 2018 in Paris, France.

The event, which brings together arbitration practitioners, legal experts, academics, and arbitral institutions, uses the lens of the energy-sector dispute settlement to examine important issues in international arbitration.

Mr. Maniatis will present during the panel “Damage Calculations in International Arbitration.” During the session, panelists will discuss the work done by the ICCA-ASIL Task Force on Damages in International Arbitration, provide an overview of the lifecycle of a damages case, and share the Task Force’s new tool for calculating damages.
