Brattle Consultant Pallavi Seth and Academic Advisor Robert Rogowsky to Lead CLE Webcast on Making a Public Interest Case at the International Trade Commission

Pallavi Seth, a senior associate in Brattle’s Washington, DC office, and Robert Rogowsky, an academic advisor to Brattle, will lead West LegalEdcenter’s continuing legal education (CLE) webcast on “Making a Public Interest Case at the International Trade Commission (ITC)” on February 7, 2013 at 1:00PM EST.

In this presentation Drs. Seth and Rogowsky will present: an overview of the statute and the four public interest factors; the legal and economic principles of past Commission; an economic view of intellectual property enforcement and the public interest; the key economic factors of central importance to making a public interest case; and the balancing act needed between intellectual property rights protection and public interest.
