Brattle Principal Ahmad Faruqui to Participate in a Debate on Smart Meters and Dynamic Pricing

Ahmad Faruqui, a principal of The Brattle Group and an expert on dynamic pricing, and Dr. Mark Toney, the Executive Director of TURN, will engage in a debate on the tough issues surrounding smart meters and dynamic pricing on Thursday, February 17 from 6:00 to 9:00pm at the University Club in San Francisco. The debate will be moderated by Judith Schwartz of To the Point, who will pose hard questions that often arise in regulatory proceedings, seek out common ground, and encourage the participants (including the audience) to come up with solutions to controversial and perceived obstacles.
