Brattle Principal Dan Harris to Provide Keynote Speech at the Seventh Energy Economics Policy Seminar in the Netherlands

The Brattle Group’s Dan Harris, a principal based in Rome, Italy, will serve as one of two keynote speakers at the Seventh Energy Economics Policy Seminar on “European Gas Markets and Security of Supply,” taking place March 17 in The Hague, Netherlands. The seminar, hosted by the Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, in conjunction with the Tilburg Law and Economics Center and other local organizations, serves as a discussion platform for Dutch energy economists, policy-makers, and academics. Mr. Harris will speak on the costs and benefits of what is known as the “Dutch gas round-about,” a set of actions the Dutch government would like to implement to attract more investments in the gas infrastructure and to make the Netherlands a leading European gas hub.
