Brattle Principal Francesco Lo Passo to Speak at Roundtable on Regulatory Reforms in the Natural Gas Industry

Brattle principal Francesco Lo Passo has been selected to present at the upcoming roundtable program, “The reform of the gas raw material: possible effects for consumers and traders in the various economic and regulatory scenarios,” taking place February 27, 2013 in Rome, Italy.

The roundtable is hosted by the Institute for Competitiveness (I-COM), a non-profit association comprised of academics, professionals, and industry executives. I-COM aims to play a key role in the public debate on the competitive landscape in Italy, concentrating on energy, communications, innovation, finance, and institutions.

The program will feature discussions and presentations by leading academics, industry executives, and legal professionals throughout Italy. Dr. Lo Passo will serve as a panelist during the roundtable discussion and will present on “Economic reasons and regulatory profiles of the new mechanism for the recognition of the costs of supply of raw materials.”
