Brattle Principal Hannes Pfeifenberger to Participate at Harvard Electricity Policy Group Plenary Session on Transmission Infrastructure Investment Rules

Brattle principal Hannes Pfeifenberger will participate at the upcoming Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG) Plenary Session taking place February 24-25, 2011 in Rancho Palos Verdes. The HEPG provides a forum for the discussion and analysis of policy issues facing the electricity industry. Mr. Pfeifenberger will be a panelist during the session “Easier Said Than Done: The Continuing Saga of Moving from Principle to Practice in Crafting Transmission Infrastructure Investment Rules,” on February 24. This panel will address the tensions that exist in crafting transmission infrastructure investment rules, and answer questions such as: what is the ideal cost allocation method and how can the principles be converted into practice to raise the level of discussion?
