Brattle Principal Judy Chang to Speak on Renewables Transmission Panel at Yale Climate and Energy Institute’s Clean Energy Innovation Conference

Judy Chang, a principal in The Brattle Group’s Cambridge, MA office, will speak at a panel discussion at the Yale Climate and Energy Institute’s (YCEI) Clean Energy Innovation Conference taking place in New Haven, Connecticut on April 23-24, 2010. This conference will bring together leaders in science, policy, business, and international affairs to discuss the challenges facing clean energy initiatives and possible solutions. Ms. Chang will speak on the panel “Fast-Tracking Transmission: Getting Renewable Projects Online,” along with a manager from Northeast Utilities and a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission attorney. Other panel topics will include how to facilitate private investment in renewable energy, the role of carbon sequestration in the transition to a clean energy future, and the deployment of clean energy in developing countries.
