Serena Hesmondhalgh, a principal in The Brattle Group’s London office, will speak at the 8th British Institute of Energy Economics (BIEE) Academic Conference co-hosted with the UK Energy Research Centre, taking place in Oxford, United Kingdom on September 22-23, 2010.
