Brattle senior consultant Shaun Ledgerwood has been invited to speak at the American Conference Institute’s 6th National Forum on Energy Trading Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement, taking place November 15-16, 2012 in Washington, DC. The conference addresses pressing compliance issues and regulatory initiatives that energy companies and their outside counsel need to be aware of as a result of forthcoming Dodd Frank regulations. Dr. Ledgerwood will present during the session, “Meeting Cross-Border Requirements: Understanding Changing International Regulations and Ensuring Global Compliance.” His presentation will cover both the EU and international regulatory developments affecting physical and financial energy trading, as well as how to handle inconsistent anti-manipulation enforcement actions across Europe and the U.S. For more information, please visit the conference website.
