Brattle to Co-Host Seminar on the New Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration

Brattle will co-present the upcoming seminar, “The New London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Arbitration Rules,” which will take place on September 29, 2014 in Washington DC.

The LCIA states that the new Rules “ensure an effective, efficient, and fair process,” with notable changes including provisions on consolidation and on conduct of legal representatives and parties, as well as expanded provisions on emergency relief. The Rules will come into effect on October 1, 2014.

Brattle principal and president Alexis Maniatis will speak at the seminar on the use of experts in international arbitration. The LCIA event will be co-hosted by Arnold & Porter LLP.
