Eliana Garcés to Present at CPI and CCIA Challenges to Antitrust in a Changing Economy Event

Brattle Principal Eliana Garcés will speak at the Competition Policy International (CPI) and Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) Challenges to Antitrust in a Changing Economy event, to be held November 9 at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA.

The event aims to generate an open and cutting-edge debate on competition law and economics in the tech industry. Panelists will discuss topics including measuring market concentration, competition and the internet, and whether monopoly power is rising.

Dr. Garcés will speak on the panel “Competition On/Via the Internet.” The panel will address several key issues affecting competition online in a technological climate that is constantly changing and adapting.
