Guy Ben-Ishai Presented at the CBA Antitrust in the Labor Market Teleconference

Brattle Principal Guy Ben-Ishai spoke at the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Antitrust in the Labor Market Teleconference, which was held December 5.

The event focused on the growing body of research on competition in labor markets and whether such research provides any basis for heightened enforcement, with some speakers suggesting that concentration in labor markets has contributed towards declining labor share of income and slow wage growth.

Dr. Ben-Ishai spoke on a panel on the evidence of antitrust concerns in the labor market and discussed whether labor market competition is something that antitrust authorities should look at.
