Lisa Cameron to Discuss “Footprint” Approach in Reasonable Royalty Damages at CLE Webinar

Brattle Principal Lisa Cameron will participate in an upcoming CLE webinar hosted by The Knowledge Group, “The Rise of the ‘Footprint’ Approach in Reasonable Royalty Damages: What’s New in 2016,” taking place on February 18, 2016 from 3:00-5:00pm EST.

The webinar will cover aspects of the Reasonable Royalty Footprint approach to help companies and intellectual property lawyers understand its importance. Dr. Cameron, along with a panel of thought leaders, will discuss topics such as methodologies for Reasonable Royalty Damages, the uncertainty with the base-times-rate approach, and the Footprint paradigm approach.
