Lisa Cameron to Participate in Robins Kaplan Seminar on Legal and Economic Developments in the Biotech Industry

Brattle Principal Lisa Cameron will present at the upcoming Robins Kaplan LLP seminar, “Recent Legal & Economic Developments that Affect Your Biotech Business,” taking place March 29, 2016 in Boston, MA.

The program will address how inventorship and ownership of patent rights have impacted the recent disputes between biotech companies. Other topics of discussion include how the landscape has changed over the last several years regarding what types of biotechnology can be patented, and the economic implications of the first wave of biosimilars coming onto the market in the United States.

Dr. Cameron will present on the topic, “Biosimilars vs. Biologics: What Can We Expect?” Other speakers include Matt McFarlane, Ph.D. and Sharon Roberg-Perez, Ph.D., Principals at Robins Kaplan; and Lee Crews, Ph.D., Partner at O&R Patent Law.
