Mike Cragg to Present at National Association for Business Economics Transfer Pricing Symposium

Brattle principal Mike Cragg will present at the 4th Annual National Association for Business Economics (NABE) Transfer Pricing Symposium, taking place July 22-24, 2014 in Washington, DC.

The symposium gathers leading professionals from business, government, and consulting to discuss some of the most relevant economics topics in the field of transfer pricing (TP). Dr. Cragg will co-present on “The Role of Bargaining Power in TP: What is it? How Should it be Incorporated in TP Analyses?” The discussion will cover the role of bargaining power in transfer pricing analysis, including its explicit and implicit consideration in section 482 and in case law, potential applications in arm’s length pricing, and a discussion of how bargaining frameworks have been treated in other litigation contexts.
