Serena Hesmondhalgh Presents on Gas Contract Arbitrations at LCILP Conference

Brattle Principal Serena Hesmondhalgh recently presented on gas contract arbitrations at the London Centre of International Law Practice’s 1st Annual Conference on Energy Arbitration & Dispute Resolution in the Middle East & Africa, which took place March 7-9, 2016 in London.

The event aimed to address the challenges in the current context marked by political instability and a drop in oil prices that is now affecting the energy market in the Middle East and Africa. Government representatives, senior policy makers, and industry experts discussed the energy arbitration system and the impact of renewable energy development.

Dr. Hesmondhalgh gave her perspective on gas contract arbitrations in the panel discussion, “A Typical Gas Price Dispute: A Case Study.”
