Serena Hesmondhalgh to Speak at Summer School on Regulation of Energy Utilities

Brattle Principal Serena Hesmondhalgh will present at the Summer School on Regulation of Energy Utilities taking place in Florence, Italy, June 25-29, 2018.

Summer School is designed to provide attendees with an up-to-date and detailed overview of the regulatory principles and framework of the gas and electricity sectors.

Dr. Hesmondhalgh will speak about gas markets and provide case examples on gas markets on June 26 from 9 am to 12:30 pm.

Dr. Hesmondhalgh has worked extensively with European Union energy regulators on competition and regulation issues. She has also presented expert testimony for gas contract arbitrations, primarily in Europe, on several occasions.
