Brattle’s Climate Change Practice Highlighted in the Climate Change Business Journal

The Brattle Group’s expanding climate change practice was highlighted in an article in the January 2010 issue of the Climate Change Business Journal. The article, “ Brattle is in Its Element When Complex Economic Issues are At Stake,” discusses the growth of this practice with the addition of two new principals with deep expertise in the climate change industry, Mark Sarro and Jurgen Weiss. The article notes that Brattle is often hired because of the strength of our economic and financial expertise. One of the other topics addressed in the article is the emerging climate-related business of advising publicly traded companies on issues related to the disclosure of their value at risk under future carbon policies and related litigation. Brattle has extensive expertise in this area, and principal Gayle Koch is involved in establishing the voluntary disclosure standard for ASTM International.
