Brattle offers clients a comprehensive approach to the analysis of environmental and natural resource litigation and regulation.

Our team’s expertise in environmental economics is complemented by the firm’s broader spectrum of knowledge in energy, finance, and regulatory consulting, allowing us to serve a full range of client needs. We also work with leading academics and industry practitioners.

We assist companies, law firms, and government entities throughout the United States to address matters relating to air quality and climate change, waste management, environmental damages, product liability estimation, and water resources and regulation. We help firms manage liabilities, assess regulatory impacts, and develop business plans to take advantage of the changing regulatory environment.

Our experts have worked on issues driven by all major environmental regulations including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA, CERCLA, and occupational issues under OSHA. We have provided expert testimony and reports to the Environmental Protection Agency on the costs and benefits of Superfund cleanup initiatives, mining permits, and air quality regulations.
