Dr. John Anthony joined The Brattle Group’s Washington, DC office in 2017. He is a corporate finance expert, with deep experience in credit analysis, valuation, and structured financial products. His experience includes credit risk management and principal investment roles with Macquarie Group, where he invested the firm’s balance sheet in public credit, privately negotiated loans and other credit-oriented structured investments. Prior to joining The Brattle Group, he held an academic position at the University of Newcastle, Australia. His research on credit markets has been published in The Journal of Fixed Income and Economics Letters
