Ms. Zhu specializes in complex financial transaction disputes involving business and securities valuation, with expertise in M&A litigation, bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and alternative investments.

Ms. Zhu has substantial experience in financial advisory and litigation consulting. She has issued valuation reports, conducted extensive analysis on matters related to solvency, fraudulent conveyance, M&A disputes, and hedge fund/private equity industry custom and practice, and published research on bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. Ms. Zhu has advised clients in various consulting, litigation, and regulatory engagements in a wide range of industries, including financial services, retail, technology, and hospitality. She has worked with numerous high-profile economic and financial experts, and is experienced in various phases of legal proceedings, including deposition, trial, and arbitration.

Prior to joining Brattle, Ms. Zhu worked at a boutique financial consultancy, where she worked on a variety of bankruptcy, M&A, and alternative investments cases. Ms. Zhu also gained experience at a Big Four firm, where she performed valuations of fixed income securities and private equity investments.

Ms. Zhu is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
