Dr. Spokas is an Associate at The Brattle Group with a focus on electricity sector topics such as renewable and climate policy analysis, electricity policy design, and market design.

Prior to joining Brattle, Kasparas received his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University, where he studied carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) and energy policy. In addition, he was a Princeton Energy and Climate Scholar at the Princeton Environmental Institute and a Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy Fellow at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
