Mr. Bajaj specializes in conducting corporate valuations and other financial analyses in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and other complex securities engagements. In addition to his consulting work, he writes about the intersection of economics, finance, and international affairs as a columnist for India’s largest English-language daily, The Times of India.

Prior to joining Brattle, Mr. Bajaj gained experience as a pathways operations manager intern at Amazon, a transfer pricing consultant at a Big Four accounting firm, and an intern with the United Nations. While studying at Cornell, he was designated as an Emerging Markets Fellow.
