Dr. Ross specializes in analyzing electricity systems – specifically, electricity market modeling and technologies for decarbonizing the grid, such as renewable energy, demand response, and energy storage.

Prior to joining Brattle, Dr. Ross completed her doctoral studies in electrical engineering at the University of Michigan. She received an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship for her research, which focused on modeling distributed energy resources and harnessing their collective power to provide ancillary services to electricity markets.
