Brattle Director of Global Development James Keyte will moderate a panel for the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Antitrust Law Civil Practice and Procedure Committee (CPPC), to be held February 27 at 1 pm EST at Covington & Burling in Washington, DC. There will also be a dial-in number for remote participants.

The panel includes Eleanor Fox (Professor, NYU), Axel Gutermuth (Partner, Arnold & Porter), Ted Voorhees (Senior Counsel, Covington), and Gregory Werden. The panel will discuss “’Monopoly’ and ‘Dominance’: Convergence or Divergence Across the Pond?” The panel will explore why divergence persists between U.S. agencies and the EU Commission given the recent $5 billion Google case fine.
