Robert Mudge to Speak on Financing for Coal Plant Retirement

Brattle Principal Robert Mudge will speak at the American Public Power Association (APPA) CEO Climate Change & Generation Policy Task Force meeting, taking place October 2 in Arlington, VA.

The CEO Climate Change Task Force was created to assist APPA in developing policy positions on climate change. It is comprised of CEOs from public power utilities and joint action agencies that provider power to public power utilities located across the country. Mr. Mudge will discuss “Financing to Optimize Coal Plant Retirements.”
