Brattle Director of Global Development and Fordham Competition Law Institute Director James Keyte will give the opening remarks on each day of the conference and workshop.

Brattle is a proud sponsor of the first session of Antitrust Economics Workshop panels, which will take place from 8:45–10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14. Principal Dr. Loren Smith will moderate the first panel, “What is the Role of Economists in a Neo-Brandeisian/Progressive Deal Environment?,” and Principal Laurent Eymard will join as a panelist. Principal Dr. Vanessa Zhang will moderate the second panel, “The IP/Antitrust Intersect: An Economic Perspective,” and Senior Associate Dr. Josephine Duh will join as a panelist.

During the main conference, outside expert Alejandra Palacios will moderate the “How the Ibero-American Agencies and Courts are Addressing Tech Issues Across Competition Dimensions” panel from 1:45–3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 15.
