The Brattle Group Welcomes Quianna Cephas as Director of Employee Experience

We are delighted to announce that Quianna Cephas has joined The Brattle Group’s Human Resources team as Director of Employee Experience. She brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, talent management, and employee engagement.

In collaboration with firm leadership and teams across the globe, Ms. Cephas will lead, develop, and implement strategies designed to enhance the global employee experience at Brattle. Her work focuses on employee engagement, talent management, retention, performance, and culture.

Before joining Brattle, Ms. Cephas was Director of Global Human Resources at Inspire Brands. She gained previous experience in HR roles at Suffolk Construction, YouthBuild USA, and PTC.
