Andrea Helfant to Join Panel on Diversity and Inclusion in Canadian Competition Law and Economics at CBA Event

Brattle Research Analyst Andrea Helfant will discuss recent developments in diversity and inclusion in economics during the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) program, “Diversity and Inclusion in Canadian Competition Law and Economics: How are we doing and how can we get better?” to be held January 14, 2020 in Toronto.

Hosted by the CBA Competition Law Section’s Young Lawyers Committee, the program will feature an intimate and candid panel discussion on the invisible barriers to entry in Canadian competition law and economics. Panelists will speak on the diverseness and inclusiveness of the industry, how practitioners can ensure that diverse backgrounds and experiences support career development and better client service, and what the private bar can learn from the public sector and in-house communities.
