Brattle Director of Global Development James Keyte Featured on Bloomberg Television on May 15

The Brattle Group’s Director of Global Development, James Keyte, returned to the Bloomberg News Network on Wednesday, May 15 and appeared on the television program “Balance of Power” with host David Westin.

Mr. Keyte appeared on the segment titled “Antitrust Angst” along with Jennifer Rie, a Senior Litigation Analyst for Antitrust at Bloomberg Intelligence. The segment focused on the implications of the recent Supreme Court decision in Apple v. Pepper. The group also touched on the tension between the DOJ and FTC with respect to standard essential patents, and on antitrust issues and trends pertaining to “big tech” generally.
