James Keyte Discussed Antitrust Issues on Bloomberg’s Balance of Power Program

The Brattle Group’s Director of Global Development, James Keyte, returned to the “Bloomberg Markets: Balance of Power” TV program with host David Westin on September 10. Mr. Keyte appeared on the segment titled “Antitrust Angst” along with Jennifer Rie, Senior Litigation Analyst for Antitrust at Bloomberg Intelligence.

The segment focused on the potential antitrust issues that Google could be facing. The discussion touched on the federal government’s investigation into Google’s advertising and search practices, as well as the 48 states that are also stating they will open their own investigations.
