Who's Who Legal Recognizes Four Brattle Economists in Global Guides for Litigation and Canada

Who’s Who Legal has recognized three Brattle principals and one Brattle associate as leading consulting experts in its 2020 global guides for Litigation Expert Witnesses and Canada Competition Economists.

WWL – Litigation Expert Witnesses: 2020

Principal Darrell Chodorow is a consultant with 25 years of experience in commercial damages, valuation, and tax matters. Mr. Chodorow provides expert testimony and consulting advice on matters including commercial damages and tax.

Principal Steve Herscovici is an economist who specializes in applying economics, finance, and data analysis to litigation and other complex business issues. He has served as an expert witness in antitrust, employment discrimination, and commercial damages litigation. He has also testified on the valuation of music copyrights on behalf of performing rights organizations, music publishers, and record companies.

WWL – Canada – Competition Economists: 2020

Principal Renée Duplantis is the leader of Brattle's Global Competition Practice, and a former T.D. MacDonald Chair in Industrial Economics (Chief Economist) at the Canadian Competition Bureau. She has more than 15 years of experience involving complex competition matters in Canada, the US, and Europe.

Associate Ian Cass specializes in antitrust and competition, particularly supporting clients and experts in the analysis of mergers and acquisitions.
