Mr. Lawrence specializes in conducting corporate finance and valuation analyses in international arbitration matters.

He advises investors, corporations, and governments on damages and regulatory issues in both investor-state and commercial arbitration proceedings. Mr. Lawrence has worked on complex matters involving damages due to regulatory changes and breaches of contract, long-term energy supply contracts, regulatory design, and state aid. His work spans across energy, mining, infrastructure, and financial markets, and he has worked on projects in Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Asia.

In addition to his consulting work, Mr. Lawrence has taught classes in corporate finance and valuation as part of the Master’s in Finance program at London Business School.
