Mr. Lawrence specializes in corporate finance and valuation, which he frequently applies in international investor-state and commercial arbitration proceedings.
He advises investors, corporations, and governments on damages and regulatory matters in litigation and arbitration. Mr. Lawrence has expertise in corporate finance and valuation analyses, including damages assessments related to regulatory changes and contract breaches. He also has experience in the renegotiation of long-term energy supply and infrastructure contracts, regulatory assessments, and state aid. His work spans matters across sectors such as energy, mining, infrastructure, and financial markets across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
