Learning & Development

We’re all lifelong learners at Brattle, and we view development as a critical factor in the firm’s success. Whether it’s your first job or you’ve been in the workforce for several years, all Brattlers are encouraged to build their skills and share knowledge throughout their careers at the firm, both through on-the-job training and ongoing formal and informal learning opportunities. All learning and development initiatives are designed to educate, motivate, and help both Corporate Services and Consulting staff at all levels enhance their careers and experience at the firm.

Mentoring and coaching provide opportunities for staff to gain perspective and guidance on a variety of topics, including career growth and development. While formal mentoring programs are in place for all staff, informal mentoring is also encouraged.

There are many opportunities for professional development and growth at all levels of a career at Brattle, including our leadership development programs for both existing and emerging leaders. Additional professional development opportunities for staff at all levels include trainings throughout the year on topics such as building an inclusive workplace, communication, networking, and time management.

Outside of formal training programs, Brattle offers a variety of informal learning opportunities. These include employee-led sessions on new technologies, methodologies, or approaches to providing solutions for our clients, as well as insights from client or conference presentations. These seminars provide a forum to share information, preview external presentations, and discuss interesting results and techniques from project work.

ELearning courses offer on-demand content that is curated to support Brattlers’ learning throughout their careers at the firm. We offer content covering technical training and professional development skills. Technical courses are built in partnership with the Learning team and Brattle staff members in order to incorporate experienced perspectives that Brattle staff have developed on the job.
