Dr. Altschuler has over 20  years of experience in accounting and financial analysis. She provides consulting services in a broad variety of matters involving valuation, accounting, bankruptcy, and the calculation of damages.

Supporting clients in complex litigation, Dr. Altschuler leverages her extensive financial expertise and knowledge to provide thoughtful insight and analysis at each stage of the litigation process. Her approach to projects reflects her passion for problem-solving and obtaining a deep understanding of economic issues. Dr. Altschuler’s consulting experience spans a diverse set of industries including healthcare, oil and gas, cryptocurrency, and consumer products.

Prior to joining The Brattle Group, Dr. Altschuler was a Senior Financial Economist at a boutique economic consulting firm in Chicago. She was formerly an Assistant Professor of accounting at Loyola University Chicago, and she has published research in peer-reviewed academic journals on the relationship between analyst and management forecasts and accounting standards related to leasing. Dr. Altschuler also has experience in auditing and is a registered CPA in Illinois.
