Erin Villani

As Brattle’s Senior Director of Business Planning & Analysis, Ms. Villani is responsible for firm-wide financial planning, business analytics, developing and monitoring KPIs, and supporting long term strategic vision through modeling and analysis.

She leverages her long tenure at the firm, industry experience, and analytical mindset to partner with the firm’s senior leadership to help understand and navigate financial data to make the most informed decisions.

Ms. Villani oversees the Business Planning & Analysis department where her team focuses on business analysis, process improvements, financial planning and analysis, and other financial operations. She has over 20 years of industry experience with roles in accounting, finance and financial systems. Prior to Brattle, she spent over seven years in roles of increasing responsibility at another international economic consulting firm.
