Mr. Green specializes in intellectual property, consumer protection, and commercial damages litigation. He has assisted clients on matters across various industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and securities.

He has extensive experience with biologics and biosimilars litigation. In numerous matters involving top-selling drugs, Mr. Green has (i) calculated lost profits and reasonable royalty damages; (ii) evaluated patent validity, including secondary considerations of nonobviousness, such as commercial success and licensing; and (iii) evaluated preliminary injunction requests.

Mr. Green also assists with the firm’s pro bono efforts.
