Ms. Zhang is experienced in complex financial matters involving valuation, alternative investments, and bankruptcy and restructuring.

She supports experts on matters related to solvency, fraudulent conveyance, corporate credit ratings, and tax controversy issues arising from related-party transactions by conducting qualitative analyses and developing financial models. Ms. Zhang has advised clients in both consulting and litigation capacities across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, energy, and retail.

Prior to joining Brattle, Ms. Zhang worked at a major bank where she developed expertise in funds transfer pricing, risk management, and pension investment strategies. She is a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder.
