Mr. Inglis specializes in regulatory economics and finance-related matters.

He has supported expert testimony on the cost of capital in over 60 proceedings in over 25 regulatory jurisdictions for natural gas, electric, and water utilities. Mr. Inglis is experienced with capital structure issues, conducting valuations, performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and using empirical econometric methods.

Prior to joining Brattle, Mr. Inglis worked at a management consulting firm, and he spent several years as a Senior Economist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
