Ms. Nie specializes in financial services and corporate finance litigation matters.

She is experienced in conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses related to fixed-income investments and complex financial instruments, including structured products, debt securities, and derivatives. Ms. Nie has collaborated with numerous high-profile economic and financial experts on prominent litigation and regulatory matters, including cases involving market manipulation, the 2008–2009 financial crisis, Lehman, and the Covid meltdown.

Prior to joining Brattle, Ms. Nie worked at an investment bank, where she focused on the valuation of structured products. She began her career at a boutique economic consulting firm, gaining hands-on experience in the analysis of portfolio strategy, return attribution, risk management, and damages assessments.

Ms. Nie is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of New York.
