Paolo Prestininzi

Mr. Prestininzi has more than a decade of experience advising on strategic financial matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex valuations, and corporate restructuring.

He has significant expertise across the entire transaction lifecycle, from pre-deal financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring to post-deal integrations, carve-outs, and business restructuring. Mr. Prestininzi also has extensive experience working on complex international infrastructure projects – particularly motorways, airports, and fiber-optic network operations – where he has focused on regulation, strategic business planning, and financial assessments. He has worked with clients including private equity funds, international infrastructure operators, and energy firms.

An expert in corporate finance, his professional interests also include advanced mathematical modeling, macroeconomic analysis, digital technology ecosystems, and the application of artificial intelligence in finance.

Prior to joining Brattle, Mr. Prestininzi was a Director at a Big Four Accounting Firm, where he managed multidisciplinary teams in strategic transformation initiatives, operational due diligence, and organizational restructuring, primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He previously held a senior finance role at a leading international infrastructure operator.
