At Brattle, he supports counsel in matters involving bankruptcy, taxation, and valuation analysis. His work has included evaluating loan facilities, assessing insolvency issues, and developing analyses related to securities and asset pricing.

Previously, Mr. Bansal worked at a global consulting firm, where he applied corporate finance expertise to capital allocation, activist defense, and broader strategy engagements across several industries. He also supported the investment banking division of a global investment bank. Mr. Bansal is a CFA charterholder.
