Dr. Zheng is a financial economist specializing in corporate finance, valuation, venture capital, and intellectual property.

He consults on competition, valuation, and tax litigation matters. Prior to joining Brattle, Dr. Zheng received his PhD in Finance from Simon Business School, University of Rochester. His dissertation analyzed the impact of a policy change – one requiring early publication of pending patent applications – on the innovation activities of startup companies.
