Ms. Bahadur specializes in valuation and accounting matters in complex litigation and international arbitration matters.

Her experience covers a wide range of cases and industries. Ms. Bahadur has worked on valuation matters in industries such as automobile parts manufacturing, water distribution firms, construction, and software as a service (SaaS) providers. In the energy industry, she has estimated damages from contract breaches – including the failure to deliver pipeline gas and liquid natural gas (LNG) cargos – as well as performed valuations of gas distribution firms.

Prior to joining Brattle, Ms. Bahadur worked in forensic accounting capacities to provide analysis on pricing practices. She also investigated the alleged misappropriation of funds in an inheritance dispute and has contributed to analysis in construction disputes for both adjudication and commercial arbitration.

Ms. Bahadur is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
