Coleman Bazelon to Discuss Spectrum Auctions and Budget Scoring at FCBA Luncheon

Brattle Principal Coleman Bazelon will give a presentation on spectrum auctions and budget scoring at a Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) luncheon, which will take place on March 6 in Washington, DC.

Dr. Bazelon will discuss how spectrum auctions factor into the Congressional budget process, including a review the Congressional Budget Office’s role in determining the budget score.
