David Prager and Federica Pietrogrande to Participate in INSOL London Panels

Prager will chair the panel, “Impact of AI on International Asset Tracing and Recovery,” from 11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (BST). The panel will discuss the growing role of AI in fraud detection, asset tracing, and expert evidence preparation, as well as the continued reliance on manual approaches in insolvency investigations and cross-border discovery. Panelists will also examine how technological advances – including graph analytics and generative AI – alongside legal, evidentiary, and practical constraints, are shaping approaches to detecting fraud, reconstructing financial flows, and recovering assets across jurisdictions.
Principal Federica Pietrogrande will participate in a panel, “The Unseen Restructuring: ADR in Action,” from 2:00–3:00 p.m. (BST). The panel will examine the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in complex, multi-jurisdictional insolvencies, including when and how mediation and arbitration can be deployed alongside or in place of traditional court processes. Panelists will discuss stakeholder dynamics in cross-border restructurings, strategies for mediating disputes involving diverse and competing interests, and practical considerations in designing effective ADR frameworks.
