Brattle Principal Peter Davis will participate in a UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Economic Roundtable, “Review of the Retained Vertical Block Exemption Regulation,” on April 7 from 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (ET) | 1:30–5:00 p.m. (BST).

The CMA is exploring whether to keep or adjust the current EU Vertical Block Exemption Regulation (VBER) and the accompanying Vertical Guidelines. Dr. Davis and his co-panelists will discuss the economic principles underlying the VBER, including areas that may warrant greater clarity and more specific guidance.
